    Definitely one of the best places we ate in during our stay in Madrid. The taberna came with a recommendation from a local, and gosh was it good! We had LOS HÜEVOS DEL SANLÚCAR and EL ASAO DE VERDURAS DEL SANLÚCAR, and both of these were great. The first, a mix of fried potatoes, eggs, and ham was amazing, and as the waiter said: "the more you mess it up, the better it gets!" (100% true, so be sure to mess it up well! 🙂 ). The second was a mix of veggies with fish, also great in taste. We had vermouth for drinks (cold and sweet), and the Piononoes de Santa Fe for dessert (which weren't really our boat, but hey, one can't expect to like everything new!). Also a big shout out to the service personnel - our waiter was really cool, very helpful and a joy to interact with!
